Consultation Policy

For Loc Repairs and Extensions, an in-person consultation is required. This ensures that we are fully aligned with your hair goals and that we can provide the best solutions for your hair type. Pricing for extensions and repairs will be determined during the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We want to respect both your time and ours. Therefore, we have the following policies in place to ensure smooth operations:

  • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • A $25 late fee will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. This ensures that we can stay on schedule and offer timely services to all our clients.
